Cesar Brandão (born August 25, 1981 in São Paulo) is a solo musician and singer. In addition to his given name, he makes music under the name DRVNK. In his live shows, he performs singing, playing electric guitar with reverb and delay effects over a sampler/cassete player/ reel tape deck.
